• You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying technology or intellectual property that makes up the Veozon service, and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Veozon and any third parties.
• While you retain ownership of your custom implementations and modifications, the core Veozon platform and templates remain the property of Veozon.

Generated Content and User Inputs

• Your Inputs: You retain ownership of prompts, reference media, and other inputs you provide. You grant Veozon a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process these inputs solely to operate, maintain, and improve the service.
• Generated Outputs: Unless otherwise required by the specific model provider's terms, you own the outputs generated for you. You are responsible for ensuring your use of outputs complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
• Model and Provider Rules: Some outputs or uses may be restricted by the policies of underlying model providers. You must review and comply with those policies when using generated videos or images.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using Veozon:

• Unauthorized access to or distribution of our proprietary code and templates
• Reselling or redistributing Veozon templates without authorization
• Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
• Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to bypass any security features of the service
• Uploading or generating content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, invades privacy, promotes violence or hate, or violates content policies of the underlying AI model providers
• Attempting to re-identify individuals from generated or processed media without consent
